Call back to Schedule Interviews

If your application is shortlisted, we will contact you promptly to schedule a phone or video interview. This initial conversation allows us to better understand your motivations and professional expectations, as well as address any questions you may have about the position and the company.

Pre-selection of Candidates

After the interview, we proceed with the pre-selection of candidates who are best suited to meet our clients' needs. We thoroughly analyze your profile, considering your technical skills, experience, as well as your personality and professional aspirations.

Presentation to the Client

Once the pre-selection is completed, we present you to our clients who have expressed a recruitment need. We provide them with your CV along with our detailed analysis, enabling them to better understand your profile and assess your alignment with their expectations.

Integration into the Company and Follow-up

Once you are selected, we ensure the follow-up of your integration into the company. We remain available to answer any questions you may have and ensure that your start with the company goes as smoothly as possible. Additionally, we regularly monitor your progress to ensure your satisfaction as well as that of the company.
